Why choose the 3D Printing Process?

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
If you have entered your email address correctly, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder, as it might have ended up there. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed. Don’t forget to double-check that spam folder!
I'm located in Melbourne, Australia. Can I just pick up my order instead of shipping it?
Yes. We are located in Brunswick East, Victoria - 10kms north of the CBD. Please note shipping is free for Australian orders over $89 AUD. At times, same day pick-up can be arranged on some products. Please select 'pickup' during the checkout process when available. Please see shipping policy here.
I just placed an order and need to change it. What should I do?
If you need to add or remove an item, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, modifications are no longer possible. If you plan to place a second order and want to combine it with your first, contact us beforehand. Please note that shipping fees for additional orders cannot be refunded.
Can I get my order by a certain date?
We cannot always guarantee specific delivery dates. Most orders are processed the same day and shipped within 2-3 business days via Australia Post. Occasionally shipping may be delayed, which will be noted on our homepage. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we have no control over any delays caused by the shipping provider.
What is the Return Policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return the item in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs). The customer is responsible for return shipping, and refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please note that damaged or used items may incur a 50% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
