A quick note before the details: Australia Post — our carrier for every order — raised postage prices on 1 July 2026, and global shipping costs have gone up across the board. We pay more for everything delivered to our workshop too. We absorb what we can and pass on only some of that cost — not all of it. We hope you understand. Full July 2026 update here →

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: $10 AUD shipping on orders under $99, free over $99
  • 🇺🇸🇨🇦 US & Canada: your shipping rate includes prepaid import duties — we pay them before your parcel leaves Australia, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery
  • 🌏 All other countries: flat-rate shipping; your country may charge import fees on arrival

📦 Dispatch

We ship from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST ship within 3 business days (typically next business day 🚀). Custom items may take longer — we'll give you an estimated timeframe at the time of purchase.

Once dispatched, tracking details are provided via email. Once your parcel leaves Australia, tracking may continue on your local carrier's website using the same number.

🚚 Delivery Estimates

  • Australia (Express): 1–2 business days
  • New Zealand & SE Asia: 3–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days
  • South America: 10–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier.

🌏 Customs, Duties & Taxes (updated 1 July 2026)

🇺🇸🇨🇦 US & Canada: import duties and customs clearance fees are paid by us, upfront, before your parcel ships. That cost — including the clearance fees we're charged — is reflected in your shipping rate, which is why shipping is a little higher than it was before 1 July 2026. Once you've paid at checkout, you will not pay another cent — no fees at the door, no customs letters, no held parcels.

🇪🇺 European Union: from 1 July 2026 the EU charges VAT plus a flat customs fee (currently €3 per item type) on all parcels from outside Europe, collected by your local carrier before delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

🇬🇧🌏 UK and all other countries: any import duties, taxes or handling fees are collected at your end and are the customer's responsibility.

The fine print: by placing an order you agree that any duty, tax or fee not expressly covered by 3D Film Parts is the customer's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately — including Australian country of origin, which attracts the lowest US duty band — and we will always do everything we legally can to keep your landed costs to a minimum.
