Shipping Policy


Processing Time:

  • Orders for standard items will be processed and shipped within 4 business days from the date of purchase. However typically with-in 2 business days.
  • If an item requires custom features, processing and shipping times may vary based on the complexity of the customisation. We will provide an estimated shipping timeframe at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

  • Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our stated processing and shipping times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier delays, weather disruptions) may impact delivery schedules. We are not responsible for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving shipping issues.

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide via Australia Post. International shipping times and rates vary depending on location and selected shipping method.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • On occasion, Australia Post has been know to advise that some countries have been effected by world events, and interruptions in service may impact the timing of your delivery. We will advise you if we can not ship your items for any reason.
  • For US customers, we are Zonos approved - and we absorb the tariffs imposed in Australia before your item can be shipped.
  • World wide shipping to USA, Europe is approx 6-11 business days via standard international post.


Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a resolution.
