Returns Policy – 3D Film Parts

At 3D Film Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, based on confirmed delivery via tracking information.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and components.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

In these cases:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
  • Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the ACL.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless faulty)
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window
