Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days on average, and within 4 business days at the latest after your order is placed. Orders are shipped promptly once prepared. During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on destination and the carrier used at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the shipping carrier. While we always ship orders promptly, 3D Film Parts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Typically US and Europe receive their orders 6-11 business days from receiving the package at the local departure facility. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country.

3D Film Parts has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

United States Tariff Notice

For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable tariffs are currently absorbed by 3D Film Parts at the time of shipping. However, due to potential regulatory changes, this policy may change after September 2026, at which point tariffs or duties may become the responsibility of the customer.
